Our participant website isn’t just about saving for retirement—it offers a holistic approach to financial well-being. Content is sorted by life stage so participants can easily find content that’s relevant to their current experience. Participants can benefit from in-person financial wellness education as well. Seminars cover a range of topics:
- Retirement Reality seminars include interactive worksheets to help attendees set realistic savings goals, discover ways to reduce expenses and learn how to make their money last throughout retirement.
- Financial Wellness seminars provide an in-depth look at factors affecting retirement, such as Health Savings Accounts, debt management, interest rate fluctuations and more.
- Social Security seminar helps participants coordinate Social Security with other retirement assets and make educated decisions about claim strategies and maximizing benefits.
Experienced and customized support
Our retirement consultants (RCs) are the heart of our participant-centric approach. They help employees understand their options via one-on-one meetings and a robust series of seminars that can help give participants confidence. RCs average 15 years of industry experience and hold at least one industry designation, as well as participate in intensive training and individual development programs.
